MINI SESSIONS 2016:

Locations - Price includes travel to: Capon Springs, High View, Wardensville, Baker, Kirby, Rio, Capon Bridge, Augusta, Yellow Springs, Slanesville, Winchester, Stephen's City, & Strasburg. Beyond these areas additional travel fees apply, contact me for quote! Where we end up will be up to us based on your specific location - whether it be outside your home, or some beautiful outdoor spot nearby. I have connections for many local farms that will allow us to shoot on their property. I highly recommend shooting outdoors to achieve a playful, fun energy during the shoot which can help all relax, and keep children stimulated and smiling (me too!)

What: Christmas themed props will be used to achieve natural and authentic poses of your family for digital photos. Shots will be edited and available to clients within approximately 1 week from shoot date. A digital gallery will be hosted on my website for you to log in and access your photos. You will receive a print release so you may order prints or other photo memorabilia like Christmas cards from the vendor of your choice. I personally recommend Costco or Minted.

Scheduling: I can be available most days and times. You will purchase an option from the above choices and let you know your availability. I will then recommend the best time of day for peak lighting conditions and set your date and time. Once we have settled on an shoot time I will email you a simple list of instructions and recommendations to prepare for the shoot. Please do not book if you have questions - just shoot me an email first. I'd say to ensure I can get your edited photos turned around to you in time to order Christmas gifts we should book your shoot by the first week of December, 2016.

Cancellations: Of course I want to minimize the amount of cancellations because that can really impact my scheduling. I provide for my own family with this work, so I ask that you NOT book until you are as certain as can be of your needs. If by chance we are rained or snowed out of your date we will reschedule. I also understand we all can get unexpectedly sick during cold and flu season. I will also try to accommodate rescheduling due to illness, either yours or mine. If we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable length of time I will offer a refund on case by case basis.

Customization: I am happy to oblige tweaks to the Christmas theme to incorporate your faith or interests. I may ask that you source your own props for a theme I may not have props for. My Christmas themed props are for a rustic, farm style holiday and include things like old wooden crates, a distressed red child's rocking chair, gold and vintage wooden ornaments, simple quilts and throw blankets, etc. Feel free to email me your ideas before booking to make sure I can accommodate your desires.

Ready to Book: Once you have selected and paid for one of the options below I will contact you to set a date and time, nail down a location, and offer advice on wardrobe. I will also ask details about who we will be shooting (couples, kids, pets, etc) and make sure I answer any questions you might have. I really look forward to meeting you and your families this season!
